Flash-Mate is a high performance low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant, specifically designed as a replacement to mortar for the sealing of lead flashings. This versatile product is equally effective in the sealing of other traditional and modern roofing materials including slate, tiles, soffits and guttering.

Flash-Mate is the ideal product for sealing and bonding of dissimilar materials to prevent water ingression, tile lift and noise.

Limitations

Porous surfaces should be primed first. Do not use on surfaces where water can penetrate through porous materials to the bond.
